Options

We have pricing options to suit every budget. The price to hire Tumblers Bar depends on the level of service you require, the duration of the event and the number of staff required. Depending of your choice of service, the glassware and all bar equipment may be included.

Once you've decided on the level of service, it's time to choose the type of bar:

Option One - Pay Bar

A traditional bar service is in operation where the guests pay for their own drinks. The only cost to the organiser is the orignal bar hire. We will arrange the Temporary Events notice required for the sale of alcohol and cover this in our price.

Option Two - Free Bar

All drinks are free to the guests for the duration of the service. The organiser can either prepay for the drinks, knowing in advance the cost, or can be presented with an itemised bill after the service.

Option Three - Mixed Bar

The organiser puts the money behind the bar for a fixed value of free drinks for their guests. Once this value has been reached, the bar reverts to a pay bar. With this option a Temporary Events notice is required. We will be able to arrange this.
